Base Coordinate Setting
To set an exclusive area on the World coordinate system, set the base definition with WINCAPSIII.

Set a user parameter, [190: BASE number setting] [1: Enable].
If that is NOT enable, the change of base coordinates cannot be reflected to the arm 3D view when setting the exclusive area.

Set the base definition.
Operation path : [Menu] – [View] – [Arm coordinate] – [Base]
You are able to create an exclusive area without performing the base definition in this step though, in this case, you need to change the coordinate values of the created exclusive area by using ConvertPosBase command later. For details, refer to Example of ConvertPosBase.
Even if you change the base definition on the controller, it cannot be reflected to the monitoring model.
When you change the base definition with the teach pendant, receive the base definition of controller with WINCAPSIII. Then, perform [Export exclusive control data] and send that definition to the controller.
Since WINCAPSIII cannot receive the base definition changed by Base command, it cannot be reflected to the monitoring model.
