How to Install a Force Sensor

To install a force sensor to a flange of a robot, the dedicated stay (force sensor mounting stay) needs to be made by customers. Refer to "Force Sensor Mounting Stay" and the following contents, create the force sensor mounting stay and install it to a flange of a robot.

Dimensions of hole of force sensor

For positions and dimensions for the screw hole of force sensor and the hole of dowel pin, refer to the outer dimension drawing in "ATI Industrial Automation website"

Positions of the screw holes of the flange and the force sensor are close

Mini40, Mini45 and Nano25 correspond to the case "Positions of the screw holes of the flange and the force sensor are close" that is written in "Force Sensor Mounting Stay".
