Program Priority Mode

The program priority mode increases the program processing speed by keeping a certain display of the Remote TP/Virtual TP.

Starting the Program Priority Mode

The way to start the program priority mode differs depending on the mode start timing; at the Remote TP/Virtual TP startup, or when the Remote TP/Virtual TP is already running.

The program priority mode is not available if a license of the b-CAP slave is added.

Starting at the Remote TP/Virtual TP Startup

Operation path : [F6 Setting]-[F2 System info]-[General tab]-[F6 VRC Setting]

Set the [Program priority mode set when starting] on the VRC Setting window to "1:Enable".

When COBOTTA is restarted, the program priority mode starts at the startup.

Starting When the Remote TP/Virtual TP is Already Running.

Operation path : [F6 Setting]-[F8 Option]

Press [F2 Program-Priority mode] to display the System message window.

Press [OK] button to start the program priority mode.

Display Under the Program Priority Mode

Under the program priority mode, the display of the teach pendant is as shown below.

Available keys and a button under the program priority mode are Emergency stop, STOP, Cancel, MOTOR, LOCK keys, and the Cancel button on the Remote TP/Virtual TP screen.

How to Release the Program Priority Mode

Pressing the Cancel key or the Cancel button on the display, to release the program priority mode.

If the program priority mode is released during program processing, an error [81201001 Watchdog time over] might be issued.
